CAN I SHARE MY PASSWORD?
Password sharing is NOT allowed. Our system detects multiple logins and will disable passwords that have logged in from multiple computers. If you have shared your password with another person or if you have logged in from more than one computer at a time, your password may have been temporarily disabled. If this happens more than once, your password will be permanently disabled.

WHAT SOFTWARE DO I NEED?
You will only need Windows Media Player, Quicktime, Internet Explorer or Firefox. It's always a good idea to stay current on your Window Updates. Just go here and choose "Scan For Updates" and it will tell you if there are any new updates. Mac users be sure to use the latest version of Windows Media Player For Mac.

WHAT BROWSER SHOULD I USE?
We STRONGLY recommend using Internet Explorer or Firefox. DO NOT use the AOL Browser. You can use your AOL account, but once you logon, simply open up IE (the blue "E" on your desktop) or Firefox.

CAN I DOWNLOAD THE MOVIES?
Yes. You can easily download the movies by right-clicking the links instead of left-clicking. Once they're on your hard drive you can watch them anytime you like.

CAN I USE A "DOWNLOAD MANAGER"?
No. Our system will detect download managers & disable the password. Please just surf & download with a normal browser.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
